Camp Photographers

Brian G., Photographer

Brian stated as a camper at age three and has worked at Elmwood for seven years. For the first five years of working here, Brian worked at Arts & Crafts, but recently changed to being camp photographer last year. He enjoyed it so much that he is coming back to be a camp photographer again this year! Brian recently received his MFA in photography from Yale school of art and loves the films of Nora Ephron. He is so excited to be back at Elmwood for another incredible summer!

Julia R., Photographer

Julia just graduated from Blind Brook High School and will be attending Clark University in Worcester, MA in the fall. She dedicates a lot of time to studying and works hard to make the best out of her education. Julia is an avid photographer. She loves that it not allows her to express her creative personality, but it allows her to pay attention to the little things in life. Other than photography, Julia enjoys being with her friends, reading and playing with her dog. Julia is looking forward to capturing all of the incredible moments of Elmwood this summer.

Justin D., Photographer

Justin is very excited to return back to the Elmwood community this summer for his second year! Justin graduated from Mercy College with a Bachelor’s Degree in TV and Radio. He is currently a special education teacher’s assistant at Fox Meadow in addition to working as a freelance photographer. Justin began his photography career five years ago. He has taken multiple courses at Mercy College and the International Center for Photography. Justin also worked with the Mercy College newspaper and had several of his photos published on the front page. In addition to photography, Justin enjoys traveling, exploring Manhattan, and playing lacrosse and frisbee. Justin grew up attending various camps, so he is looking forward to capturing many joyous camper moments throughout the summer.

Olivia M., Photographer

Olivia is entering her senior at Horace Greeley High School. She went to Camp Hillard up until third grade. Afterwards, she attended Camp Fernwood for seven summers. In her free time, Olivia loves to practice photography, spend time with her golden retriever, and go to the movies. She is looking forward to getting to know the campers and taking photos of them throughout their busy days!
